Despite everything that is appearing to be occuring at this time with regards to Ascension and symptoms thereof, I have found that as long as I am mindful to stay in the present moment and not project myself forward and into possible worry of any kind; that I am well and all is great in my world.
I usually do some meditation to calm myself and Just so you can also try this, sit quietly, breathe deeply in, and hold it for a count of 3, and then exhale noisily. Do this 2 or three times and feel the peace within. You can also hold your palms flat – left palm over the right one held around the bottom of your ribcage and as you breathe in say in your head the word “So”, and as you exhale say the word “Hum”. Repeat this.
Just like magic, you WILL feel calmer, much less stressful and more aware with clarity.
I hope you enjoy you So Hum meditiation. It is one of the easiest I have ever used…and it works a treat. Use it in your car when the light has gone red or use it when at a party or a work situation. In these cases don’t close your eyes, just hold your palms flat and repeat the words So on the inbreath and Hum on the outbreath….in seconds you will feel renewed and calm and at peace.
