Are you feeling a bit scattered lately? Lacking in focus? Maybe you have lots of things to do, but you don’t really like dealing with all the details, so you often procrastinate. This can lead to us feeling tired in general and lethargic.
Remember that where your energy goes, your power goes as well. As you debate your issues, without resolution, then you begin to lose your power. Your journey forward becomes that much more difficult and every thing seems harder, doesn’t it? But, if I really think about this…I created it all! The procrastination, the lethargy, the lack of achievment too…
So, when we think on this, we realise that every aspect of our journey on this Earth is up to us. It is up to us to give this journey of ours care and attention. Please start by appreciating all that you have around you right now, and if you go out, then please appreciate all that there is along the way to wherever you are travelling as well! This requires focus…but it is a focus that brings joy.
Sometimes, we don’t focus when we feel overwhelmed, or just feel that we are over the whole scenario! Then, we procrastinate!
Know that what you really want, what you really need, comes to you much more easily if you pay attention to yourself!
What is happening inside of you? How do you feel about what is going on in your body right now? Or in your surroundings? Or in your life in general? Or in your relationships? Or in your family? Only you have these answers…and you do need to apply some due diligence to take care of and tend to all these aspects of YOU!
Once you do find your way to what brings you health, wealth, wisdom, joy and inner happiness as well as outside fun; then you are well on your way to experiencing more energy. This is something you can use as fuel for what it is you need to accomplish. Become like the lotus, open one petal at a time, find what it is that you need and apply it to become more whole!
Use the energy you have accumulated from what brings you joy and inner satisfaction to help with those tasks that you really do not want to complete, and yet you know you have to finish! It becomes easier for me if I play my favourite music whilst I am multi-tasking! What works for you?
Having found your inner centre you find yourself at One – one with your body and your Spirit. Can you feel it? Close your eyes and sense your Spirit. Feel your body. Are they connected? See that your body and your Spirit are indeed gently connected, no matter what experiences you may have had before, and then your body will become harmonised through and through. Do not ‘pick on’ your body. Despite its ups and downs, it has served you well and it needs your gratitude. Try expanding your Spirit until it has filled both you and your physical body – become One. This is your true foundation, your sense of safety and wellbeing and your courage all reside in this feeling of Oneness.
Reach deeply for more resources as needed. They will be there – always.
Just remember to top up your energy and power when needed. Use joy, laughter and happiness and love to fill up your Spirit and then expand it to your body….easy as!
Believe in your ability to achieve this….and also have some Fun!
