It goes without saying that the energy on Earth is changing, seemingly on a daily basis. We are all feeling it in a myriad of ways but the most intense is being felt in our physical bodies. The Physical body is our amazing ‘vehicle’ of choice, during this incarnation. It has within it the ability to heal, transmute and maintain tremendous energy, vitality and frequency. It has been written that our ‘ascension’ this time is with the body – meaning we will achieve our ascension and hold that energy in our body. We are aware of this.

As time shifts and more energy downloads occur, our body will need to make changes that will allow a higher charge to be maintained. Our food we consume is important. Archangel Michael has stressed the need for us to take care in what we feed our body. All of us have different genetic predispositions that make us unique, and we know certain things work for some and not for others. Diet is a very personal thing. The newer children are actually getting minerals they need from some fast foods, as they run on different systems to ours. But, they too, need to be careful with overloading and unbalancing their body systems.

In order for our body to bridge the energy that is ever increasing on our planet, there are some fundamental things that can help smooth the rough patches and ultimately allow us to hold more energy or frequency.

We are fundamentally alkaline by design and acid by function. Our acid/alkaline balance or pH balance is vital for health and wellness. An acid terrain is one that increases our chances for diseases and lower energy. If the body is too acid, it can’t hold its charge and is unreliable even for the simplest request. Stress adds to this equation and contributes even more to this unbalanced state. Being calmer, cooler is very important. Meditation can help to bring this about for those who use it.

If we say something has and ‘acid pH’, it runs ‘hot and fast.‘ An ‘alkaline pH’ runs ‘slow and cool.’

An example would be a car battery, which is acid. On a cold day, you want it to be hot and fast and to start immediately. A torch on the other hand is alkaline. You want it to be cool and to burn slowly.

When we look around at our society in general, do we see people ‘burned out’, exhausted, irritable, and ‘quick to anger?’

Many are running hot and fast and make it worse by drinking coffee, fizzy drinks, (even for breakfast), burgers (acid) for lunch, and pizza (acid) for dinner. Our diet is the biggest factor in regulating our pH and all our metabolic functions. PH is behind our body’s entire electrical system, and intracellular activity; and well as the way we utilise enzymes, minerals and vitamins. This is why pH is one of the first things we need to be aware of if we are experiencing imbalances in any form! Try buying some litmus paper from the chemist/drugstore to place on your tongue and SEE what level you are currently at!

Since our pH level is a direct result of what we eat and drink, it demands our full attention! Only WE can change it! What we eat and drink is also directly tied to the functioning of our digestive system. From our mouth through our small intestine to our colon, that system plays the most important part in our overall physical wellness! How many people do you know that ‘live’ on Antacids of some kind? LOTS! They regularly experience acid reflux or burning, don’t they?! But, they do not listen to their own body which is trying to tell them something, they just take the antacids ALL THE TIME!!!

Hippocrates said, ‘Let food be your medicine. Let medicine be your food.’

Clearly, an acid terrain makes it harder for us to hold our energy and even harder if we are trying to increase our frequency and vibration as Spiritual Beings. Perhaps a few changes to YOUR diet can help to quickly and efficiently and effectively alter our pH and bring things back into alignment. There is so much related to this that you can find online, so I will leave this part up to you.

To increase Alkaline forming foods and decrease Acid forming foods is up to you; but I will list a few suggestions here:-
Alkaline: fresh fruit, Fresh Vegetables, Fresh Greens, Fresh juices, Nuts (soaked is best), Seeds, Sprouts, Algaes etc.
Acid: Fast foods, cooked flesh, starches, chips, sugary snacks, processed drinks, too much dairy etc.

So, it really is up to you. Oh, and I must mention water. Each of our cells is over 90% water…so we NEED it. There is an excellent book called ‘Our Body’s Many Cries For Water.’ I read this years ago, but perhaps it is still available. Is is a smallish book, easy to read and REALLY ENLIGHTENING!

The pH scale says 1-7 is Acidic and 7-14 is Alkaline. Most bottled water has a relatively low pH. Taking in high pH water is vital in changing your pH. There are drops you can purchase to add to your water to bring up the pH to around 9 or even 10. Look these up also.

But, making changes to our diet that will allow the body to hold more energy is what the goal is! Often when we make significant changes, there can be a feeling of fatigue as the body releases the toxins it has been holding. Some of you have been holding all of this in your colon, hence constipation, and some of us hold it in our emotional state, hence all the worry and fears, and sleeplessness….Our joints too, are holding acids and are in pain….

If we look at our Beloved Mother Earth, she is doing just that, and we are a direct reflection of her. Earthquakes, volcanoes erupting etc are because she is changing her terrain and there will be upsets until everything settles down into HER NEW ENERGY!

Be aware of this. But, for yourself, also be aware, that changes of any kind can be unpleasant in the short term, but the gain is exponential, as are the energy downloads that we are assimilating at this time. Be kind, gentle and allowing to yourself as well as others.

We have been ‘anchoring’ this energy for some years now, which is why some of us have taken it into our physical selves and gotten overweight! We have been energetic anchors! Now, we can at last, release this. We are at the stage where we can keep the energy we have been working with, and assimilate even more; BUT, we no longer need to hold it within the physical. It is held higher up now, within our energetic hearts, and all around us…

Sit awhile with yourself…find out what you need to change…either with diet or weight or rush and hurry, and reach up to your Higher Chakra’s DAILY, or go Higher to Your Divine Selves and THAT connection, and ‘pull down’ the energy that is there for you, your I AM Presence, or Higher Self or whatever is the appropriate term for you. Consciously pull that energy into your body and ‘KNOW’ without a doubt that you are connected in all ways. Breathe energy and vitality into your body DAILY. Remember to ask yourself,’Is what I’m eating/drinking life-diminishing or life-enhancing?’

Know that it is all okay,the Angels BELIEVE in YOU! You CAN do anything!
