Whenever I think about my day I ask for it to always be for my Highest Purpose and my Highest Good. I also ask for any patients that they also receive what they need according to their Highest Good too!
I try and stay out of the equation when I am working and helping someone to find their healing. If I expect them to react this way or that, then I am not fully allowing the process to unfold as it needs to. I have met lots of other people who do healing work with Reiki or Hands-On-Healing, as I also do. The interesting thing for me is when they say that the person they have worked with is still on their mind and they are curious as to how they are doing.
This isn’t a good way to be at all. When I work with someone and their session is over, I allow them to get on with their own healing. We may’ve started the ball rolling, but they are the ones who now need to proceed. If I continually think about them, even in a nice way; then I am continually putting them back into the ‘unwell’ category! The ‘I am not sure if you are okay’ category!
As a healer/helper I have learnt that the best way is to release any attachment to their outcome. For you and for them. Let go. Trust in the person and in the process. All is well. You do not need to control the direction their healing should take. Simply surrender to the energy of it all.
When you let go of the need to have an answer as to ‘how’ they are, then the answer comes. The ‘hows’ are the domain of the Universe. We created a space for healing energy to arrive and it is up to that person on the receiving side to direct in their own way, what will occur from then on…
Blessings to all,
Barbara
