You are never powerless.
It is time to acknowledge your power and feel your empowerment in every word you speak and every action that you take! You have control over your life, every minute of every day and with every breath you take. Are you in control? Or are you allowing others to overpower you?
It is time to recognise all that you have created. Either good or bad. You focussed on whatever is playing itself out in your life, career, relationships etc. Then, you created it. Everything we have in our lives in this very moment is a creation of ours; a thought that has been made physical by the attention we placed on it. Trouble is, most of us tend to focus on what we ‘don’t want’! Then, we add emotion to it. For example: I am sick. I feel terrible. I wish I didn’t have this. I am in pain.
With each complaint (and focus); we add emotion and it is a powerful thing. We actually end up calling that illness to us even more quickly just because we talked about it and moaned about it and bought into its misery.
This is interesting. So, acknowledge this and CHANGE IT! You may’ve created something in your life right now that you no longer want in your life. So, instead of focussing on the problem and feeling powerless, change your thinking. Instead of thinking you have to ‘battle’ an illness, just say ‘I am feeling better’. Focus instead on good health. Focus on wellness. The Universe will then create what you are thinking of and you will be well. Change your thoughts, and change your life…
Then, you will know your power and your own worth.
You, are powerful beyond words. You are NEVER powerless. You need only DECIDE to be in charge and all will change for the best that can be had.
You are powerful. Repeat this – I am powerful. I am worthy. I am deserving. I can change anything in my life by changing my thoughts. I have total control of my thoughts. I am the master of my thoughts. I am the master designer of everything in my life.
You get the idea. Now, tell yourself you have control of your life. No-one else can ‘fix’ anything for you. Only YOU have the power. Remember, if you do not start designing what you want, then someone else will do it for you. YOU are driving this bus! You DO have the power.
