Be gentle with yourself and others.
Let go of any harsh judgements. If you may be having a problem with a particular person in your life, I suggest you try seeing them surrounded by White Light from the Angels. See them as completely as possible inside a white ‘egg’. You will be pleasantly surprised at the changes in them and in you at your next meeting.
Tread gently upon the Earth. Gaia is going through some amazing changes at this time and as Light workers, we are all called to be of assistance to her. Send her your loving thoughts and have a reverence for ALL life here on Earth.
Spend some time in Nature if you can – It will rejuvenate and bring Joy into your Soul. Feel the gentle flow of growth around and within you. Nurture and allow this. Walk on the grass with your bare feet!
Be gentle with you! You are your harshest critic and you can see yourself as a failure, or as a loser, or as someone who is not doing well, or as not good enough. All of this is untrue. You are an amazing Being – Always was – Always will be!
You are loved. Feel yourself surrounded by the love and caring of the Angels and your Guides. Feel their awesome power and yet gentleness as well.
You can start today by being more gentle with yourself. Instead of picking on you, be gentle with your inner child and send it love and hugs.
Remember, there is nothing you cannot achieve if you just believe!
I will be sending Blessings and Healing with the Angelics help for ten days from now…Just acknowledge them and say, ‘I receive, and I believe.’
