Energetically there are points on both sides of our back that react anytime anyone or anything is out of Truth. We then begin to hold tension there. Within these two sides of the spine, there is held our ability to balance and ‘support’ ourselves. When we add our attention to the tension there, it can escalate into a pain or an ache.
Know that in order to ‘fix’ this ache or pain, all you need do is have complete and unconditional acceptance of yourself. Consider if you are ready to accept yourself not from a mental place, but from a depth of heart that is infinite in its love. When we come purely from that mental place, we put fear and angst and worry and tautness into our backs by our very thoughts about it being ‘not right’.
Your back is completely well. Just like the rest of you. Focus instead if you can, on ‘Why’ this ache occured in the first place. Did it happen because I was angry that someone (who shall remain nameless, but who lives with me) should’ve helped me when I lifted those boxes? Did it happen because I am not happy these days and I always seem to be out of sorts? Did it occur because I kept wishing for a different job, but had no idea how to get into one? Did it happen because I, like my mum The Martyr, took on too much and didn’t know how to say ‘No’? Yep! You guessed it…all of the above.
When you do not support yourself and believe in and accept yourself for all that you are…you can get a backache. You may be highly sensitive and you are seeing others as not being helpful and affecting you by their attitudes. But, all you need to realise is that there are skills you can learn regarding your sensitivities.
One great one is to learn to become a Conscious Observer, so that you can begin to know whether what you are feeling is actually yours; or belongs to others. Take yourself out of the equation and look at what was said or not said and see it objectively. This usually gives you back your self power and keeps the ache out of your back area!
When we can accept ourselves anyway, no matter what; without reservation or judgement; then our energetic harmony moves through us; instead of becoming unharmonious and stuck energy that can cause aches and pains.
Simple and easy to do…so the next time something (or someone) seems to unbalance you with words or deeds, just take a mental step to one side and see it without any attachment or judgement and then you can just let it all go…and once you have tried this; keep on doing it. It gets easier and easier as you go.
I wish you well,
Blessings to All,
Barbara
PS: Having little to no experience with the protocols of confrontation, she simultaneously fired all barrels AND erected her shields, preventing even the slightest possibility for resolution. By doing so, she stiffened her back and locked it into agony.
No need to do this anymore….
