Often life can seem so complex that we can become quite overwhelmed by it all.
But, when you really think about it, all of that complexity is comprised of nothing more than whole lot of simplicities that have become quite knotted and tangled together.
To overcome your overwhelm, simply deal with each part of the tangle, each little simple bit, as if it were the only challenge. What happens next is that bit by bit, the tangle becomes untangled, more clear and untimately resolved. Easily said, but please try not to become too stuck in the enormity of what has occured in your life to make it so complicated. Just start looking at it from every angle and break it down into do-able pieces. Then take action to resolve it one bit at a time. Be gentle with yourself during this process. Be compassionate and understanding and kind to yourself too.
Try also to be aware of holding onto things from the past experiences you have had, or of worrying about what might happen in the future. You are already overwhelmed. No need to add fuel to the fire. Please let go of the tendency to carry this baggage that weighs you down, and start instead to notice all the little miracles that happen along the way and signposts that have been posted by the Angels to help you. When stuck, you forget to look for these signs and gifts from above, as we become so focussed on the problem before us. Take yourself out of it all by striving to live only in the present moment – the now – and then dealing with it all a step at a time…
Please also realise that when you have become stuck, it may be because you haven’t learnt to receive as easily as you give. When this happens, you get tired, rundown and exhausted on all levels.You may then run out of your resources for anyone including yourself! Being in the flow requires both giving and receiving! One cannot be in balance without the other.
Begin to set yourself free of the entanglements right now by allowing yourself to share with others what is truly in your heart and what comes purely from heart-filled love and emotion. When you speak from your heart, and take action from there, you CAN see your way through anything!
