In these changing times with eclipses and Cardinal grand Crosses and other influences occurring what we now need to do to be gentle with ourselves, to set intentions for our lives and to remind ourselves of what we want our lives to be like when things get rough.
Meeting our physiological needs is important for our survival. If we are starving, can’t breathe or are bursting to go to the toilet, all the other needs will be temporarily put on hold. However do we ‘respect’ the air we breathe or the water we drink? So, how about being grateful for just about everything, so that we can set new intentions to move forward?
Once you set new intentions for your life, everything that is out of alignment with then will come up for assessment and review, meaning that before you release the energy, it’s going to give you an opportunity to choose it over something different. It doesn’t matter what you choose, there is no right or wrong, but you do have to choose between keeping the old energy and allowing a new one that is aligned with your intention, to come forward. You always have choice.
Please remember it’s a process; and we go through it one step at a time, in the same way that we breathe, one breath at a time. Some of the energies that we are releasing have been part of our energy field and matrix for many lifetimes, so the release may be somewhat bittersweet. If the release is difficult, stay centred and relaxed within.
Just stay focused on what you want in your life next, and your choices will not only be obvious, but anything that is not aligned with them may even quietly slip out of your life on its own.
As the small and ever-pressured self begins to break apart, you will see that your presence itself begins to have a healing effect on those around you as well.
Setting new intentions is like setting new goals….Put your thoughts there first and follow it up with your heartfelt feelings, and then exactly what you intend will come to pass.
I wish you well on your journey forward,
Angel Hugs,
Barbara

Dearest Barbara,
Thank you so much for your kind words. Your gentle reminder was exactly what I needed to hear today, as I continue to be presented with opportunities to let go. It does help to remember to practice gratitude for the moment and choose to hold onto new set intentions, rather than old holding patterns. All within one breath at a time 🙂
Blessings~ Wendy
