Learn to become a conscious observer so that you can know whether what you are feeling is yours, or belongs to others.
Sometimes we tend to take on others points of view and belief systems. As children, we do this naturally as we learn from our parents or guardians.
But, as we get older and grow into our own wisdom, we change a lot of those beliefs. This is the way of the world. All parents want something better for their children, and only be changing views, can that occur.
When you are feeling something is right or wrong it is all okay. However, we can take on board negativity from other people we talk to, listen to, and work with.
All we need to do is stop. Think. Is this problem mine or someone else’s? Then step out of the drama and become the Observer. The One who listens, but doesn’t take it all on themself. The One who responds in caring ways, but does not have the need to be so involved that they lose sight of what can help that person get out of their current situation.
We all like to be of service and help where we can, and you can help best by being compassionate, yet detached. Helpful, but not doing it all for the other person. They need to sort their own things out. They may need a friendly ear, but until they are ready to shift in some way, or change their own perspective, then things will continue for them as they see them right now…
You can always offer a different point of view, but only when you can come from a higher view, and see the larger picture… Be like the eagle who can see it all!
Be the Observer….
I wish you all well,
Barbara
PS Remember you can always ask the Angelics for their help with anything!
